What is AMP8?

AMP8 is the 2025 to 2030 investment period for the regulated water companies of England and Wales, set by Ofwat's 2024 price review. Contractors deliver much of the capital programme, which drives demand for experienced site-based and project delivery staff.

Which roles do you place?

We place permanent Site Managers, Site Agents, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and civil engineering delivery roles with water and utilities contractors.

Do you charge candidates a fee?

No. We never charge candidates. We are paid by the hiring company, and only when a placement is made.

How does your fee work for clients?

Our service is no hire, no fee. Fee levels and rebate terms are set out in our Terms of Business, which we agree in writing before we introduce any candidate.

Do you supply temporary or contract staff?

We focus on permanent placements. For temporary requirements we may introduce a specialist partner agency.

Who will see my CV?

We only send your CV to a client for a specific role after you have agreed. Our privacy notice explains how we use your data.
